HOW DO I ORDER BALLOONS?

Upon further discussion regarding your order, you are one step closer to booking Twink Creations for your event. A contract and invoice will be sent including payment options, once signed, the retainer fee payment (50% of total cost) will be due to reserve your date and order supplies. Three days prior to your event final payment is due.   

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I INQUIRY/BOOK FOR SERVICES?

It is best to inquire/book services for your event at least 3-4 weeks in advance in order to lock in your event date and order supplies needed for your event. Inquires/bookings with less than 3-4 week notice are subject to additional costs.

HOW LONG DO BALLOONS LAST AND CAN THEY WITHSTAND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS? 

Balloon Creations, depending on conditions, can last anywhere between one day to three months. For outdoor creations, Twink Creations is not responsible for environmental factors that can cause damage to the creation. Heat indexes over 70⸰F, 45%humidity, high winds, and direct sunlight can cause high-quality latex balloons, foil balloons, and mylar balloons to possibly deflate. Rain downpours can also cause damage to balloon creations for outdoor events. 

WHAT TYPE OF BALLOONS ARE USED? 

High-quality, 100% biodegradable latex and mylar balloons are used for all balloon creations.
