*The retainer fee of 50% of the subtotal of services is due within three days from contract approval. Retainer fees are non-refundable. It is imperative that contracts are reviewed to verify that all information is correct. At least 2 hours is needed prior to your event start time, depending on your order. Supplies purchased with the retainer fee will not be provided in the case that the contract has been broken or last-minute changes have occurred that do not meet the schedule of Twink Creations. If you should need to cancel a credit will be issued in the amount that was received, to be used at a later date. All bookings made less than 3-4 weeks are subject to additional costs.
